Sprint O' Meter Mod for Minecraft 1.19.3 and 1.19.2

Logically, the main function of Sprint O’ Meter is to improve the game experience, and to do so, it completely modifies the players’ speed system. Specifically, it adds a new bar that will indicate the times when it will be possible to run, and when it will not be possible to run.

By default, when the bar reaches zero, players will be forced to rest, because if they want to continue running, they will not be able to do so. In fact, they will receive a slowing effect, with a duration of 2 seconds. In addition, this bar will also affect underwater mobility.
